About us
A contractor who answers for the whole job
Rosemont Construction is the construction division of Rosemont Ventures Group LLC, a Florida-certified general contractor based in Hollywood, Florida.
Who we are
The company is led by Scott Rosenberg, the Florida Certified General Contractor who holds license CGC1541479 and qualifies Rosemont Ventures Group LLC. Scott has worked in general contracting since 1998 — more than 28 years of building, renovating and managing projects from permit to final inspection.
Rosemont Ventures Group was formed in Florida in 2026 and runs two divisions under the same license: construction, here at builderf.com, and demolition at soflodemolition.com, led with co-founder Shawn Waldman, whose demolition experience dates to 2007 in New York City. Together they let a project that starts with a teardown or strip-out finish with the same company.
How we work
We keep it simple: a written scope before work starts, permits pulled in our name, licensed trades on every specialty, inspections passed, and any change priced in writing before it's built. You'll always know who to call — the phone number on this site reaches the people running your job.
